......today's photo is Big Jim giving me the double thumbs up as he came by on the first wave I shot on the day.....I had a 3 hour swim, and scored a few good pics......Big Jim was going to burn the local guy Dede as you can see from the shot below, Jim didn't go as the local gave him a yell(although that usually doesn't matter, Jim usually goes regardless)....I am glad Jim didn't go as you can see from the two shots below that Dede not only made the wave but got a nice barrel as well.........the surf yesterday(the day I shot the water-shots) was 8' with some 10'ers rollin in at Nusa, the spot pictured here was 4'-6'.....today it was 6'-8' at Nusa and heaving......I surfed for 4 hours.......me and the 7'8".........

2 pullbacks for 1 pull in - the ratio could be worse. Great pix.

 He pull back on two waves before ,he got this one . He said Im , trying to get a job at the Role foundation . Pull back Mick, the founding member of the role . Said to work here you need 20 pull backs per month . Heeeeeeee Just a in house joke . Mick out there with us on them big days doing his best. On them big day.
